Quality Assurance Support
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Work directly with Quality Assurance department for testing of tasks
- Evaluate incoming JIRA tickets from various departments.
- Evaluate accuracy, specifics, and need of tasks submitted
- Facilitate communication between Software Development, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support
- Determine if the completed tasks require a client message on Embrace home screen
- Determine if the completed tasks require written instructions to be uploaded to Embrace system
- Determine if the completed tests require video based instructions to be created
- Responsible for writing system instructions or client messages on Embrace home screen
- Approving customizations or system enhancements prior to going live in the Embrace system
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with manual system testing
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
- Ability to work independently and under direction of management
