Medicaid Success Specialist

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Submit electronic claims in a timely manner to Medicaid while adhering to state and federal guidelines
  • Communicate with state and federal agencies for up-to-date policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Review remittance advice and Explanation of Benefits to identify and correct billing errors
  • Review and analyze submission and rejection trends year to year
  • Assist with new client setup
  • Collaborate with management team to identify ways of increasing Medicaid reimbursement for clients

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to work closely with a team and take direction from management
  • Quickbooks and prior billing experience preferred, but not required
